An hourly consultation is designed to give you access to a professional coordinator at the moment you need guidance most. During this time, I will walk through your questions with you and review the areas couples commonly feel uncertain about: vendor contracts, timing between events, layout flow, and overall day-of logistics. Many couples bring their contracts to the call, and together we identify language, restrictions, or requirements that could otherwise be overlooked.
Often, the most expensive wedding mistakes don’t come from big decisions, they come from small assumptions. A ceremony start time that doesn’t allow for transportation. A rental delivery window that conflicts with venue access. Overtime fees hidden in a vendor agreement. A photo schedule that unintentionally removes you from your own reception.
