How Does It Work?

We will be in touch and walk you

Submit your signed contract and security deposit and we will send you everything you need.
Your coordinator introduction begins approximately ten weeks before the wedding.
3.Meet Your Coordinator
Active coordination begins at your six-week-out meeting.

Vendor communication, contracts and the wedding-day timeline are finalized.

Jodi was a founding Lead Coordinator with ETC’s DC team beginning in 2015. With 15 years of hotel events and sales experience and an Austin home base since 2019, she now leads ETC across both markets.
